Role: BIM/Revit Coordinator
Location: Hong Kong
Salary: 30-50 HKD per month depending on experience

My client is a hugely successful Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor with a wide portfolio of impressive, innovative and sustainable projects.

They are looking to recruit an experienced BIM coordinator who is highly skilled in Revit, who will provide necessary support and advisory services to operations. Additionally, collaborate innovation initiatives to support the tender presentations and promote execution strategies at corporate level. You will manage BIM technology implementation whilst assuring the quality deliverables on construction, supporting new innovative projects.

Your duties will include:

* Managing the BIM model to coordinate and visualise the project.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders including; the consultants, architects and internal operation team.
* Ensure the smooth execution and delivery of projects with architectural designs and the use of BIM models.
* Maintain an accurate data set in drawings, design specifications and project schedules.
* Ensure that the team are delivering.
* Support new, exciting and innovative projects.
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities.
* Provide on site support.

Requirements

Ideal Qualifications include:

* Degree: Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering / Architectural / Civil or related disciplines.
* 3 years or above relevant BIM experience from E&M construction industry preferable.
* Hands-on BIM software / applications experiences preferable (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Solidworks)
* Experience in managing teams.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Innovative and proactive attitude with the desire to deliver.
