Commercial Manager - Hong Kong - Landmark Project

We have a Tier 1 Contracting – Civil & Build Business visiting our London & Dubai offices within the next 6 weeks to Interview Commercial & Senior Commercial Managers.

With a strong pipeline of work stretching into 3 Years time this offers career stability, security and career growth whilst being well rewarded in an overseas appointment.

Our client are seeking individuals that have experience of managing the full life cycle of a Building or Civil Engineering Project Valued at £100 Million . You may well of been sat on a project of this scale or you may well of managed multiple projects & teams with a combined value.

Working closely alongside a Commercial Director & Project Director you will manage a team of Commercial Staff and lead from the front with strategy , reporting , managing and creating robust procedures and protect the contractors rights with claims , delays & EOTS. You will have to of handled hard cash / real money as they put it as they are not looking for people that have worked for a client or consultant. If you are currently based on the other side of the fence and wish to return then you will have to display a solid contracting pedigree for 75% of your working career.

Salary:
AED 50,000 to 75,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Do you have the commercial acumen, confidence and know how to handle all aspects required at pre contract, execution and final account stage. Solid Contracting Background for a Reputable Tier 1 Contracting Organisation. Ideally experience on Build & Civil Projects however they are open to looking at candidates that have a specialism on either sector. Degree Educated with Professional Memberships – MRICS / FRICS. A track record of producing results in fast paced and stressful construction environments. Can you provide references for a Partner of NSR Associates to speak with.
