Global Law firm has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Specialist in the Hong Kong office.
Job Purpose
Based in the Investment Management Team.
Specific Duties
Candidates should have a desire to be dedicated full time to matters arising from fund formation, fund investment, and private equity transactions.
Requirements
• Applicants must have graduated with a legal degree from a Hong Kong or China University, with excellent marks.
• Candidates without permanent work experience should bring strong academic background, work ethic and a desire to learn and train in a top international law firm for 2-4 years.
• Candidates with work experience should have a track record of transactional experience, a strong academic background and work ethic.
• We do not require any legal qualification and prefer candidates who are not qualified to practice law.
