THE CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is an international main contractor, a world leader in construction technologies, operating in more than 30 countries around the world. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to hire a Regional Business Development Manager for their Hong Kong office, with frequent travel across South East Asia

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Regional Business Development Manager will report into the Business Development Director and will share responsibilities covering, but not limited to:

• Developing and implementing strategies to grow market penetration with existing accounts as well as developing business with new clients
• Performing competitive market analyses and using your existing market intelligence to support senior management in strategic decision-making
• Meeting potential clients
• Identifying and cultivating new opportunities
• Carrying out the contractual aspects of the new business deals
• Developing, growing and sustaining high-performance teams
• Managing change within an organisation

Requirements

PROFILE

• Degree qualified or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Masters would be preferred
• At least 10 years’ post-graduate experience in business development and sales within the civil engineering sector, especially infrastructure construction
• Extensive market knowledge within Asian countries is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

THE PACKAGE
