Job description / Role
Key tasks
- To ensure that the Outlet adheres to all Sofitel and hotel policies, procedures and standards
- Quickly adapts a management style and uses interpersonal skills to suit his/her audience and the situation
- Motivates performance, gives helpful feedback, reviews processes
- To fully understand the market needs and desires for the outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) are developed accordingly
- Oversees the operational activities of the Outlet.
- Development of all budgets, forecasts and schedules in line with the hotel business plan.
- Implements guidelines, policies, and procedures for those operating departments
- Guides operations and establish a work environment to achieve goals and objectives
