About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader / Manager to oversee our Banking Debt Collection & Recovery operations for the UAE Banking Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Executives, ensuring performance targets are achieved, and maintaining compliance with all collection policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of Relationship Executives to meet recovery targets and maintain quality communication with debtors.
• Performance Monitoring: Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, ensuring adherence to collection strategies and achieving business goals.
• Training & Development: Conduct regular coaching and skill enhancement sessions to improve team productivity and negotiation effectiveness.
• Escalation Handling: Manage escalated or complex cases, negotiate settlements, and ensure high standards of customer handling.
• Reporting: Prepare performance reports and MIS updates for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
• Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with UAE banking norms and company policies, maintaining ethical and professional standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to optimizing collection strategies and workflow efficiency.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as HR, MIS, and Legal for process alignment and issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in banking debt collection and recovery, preferably for UAE process.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a target-driven team and achieve results under pressure.
• Knowledge: Understanding of fair debt collection practices and UAE banking recovery procedures.

Salary:
INR 90,000 to 150,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
