Employment: Full Time

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
This role is responsible to lead the Visual merchandising activity for key customers with the support of the Visual merchandising leads. The role is focused on performing all visual merchandising activity/planogram based on the client requirement in collaboration with the merchandising to improve the key KPI’s for the client.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with visual merchandise leads and merchandising creating visual merchandising planogram based on clients requirement.
• Help in selecting the required tools for the visual merchandising function
• A coach who can train the visual merchandising leads who will be then able to deliver the plan for the clients in fully satisfactory manner.
• Blend creativity and data to produce magical results for the clients.
• Enhance the delivery of visual merchandising plan through modern digital thinking.
• Review Open-To-Buy (OTB) of customer and highlight concerns to ensure the buy is based on Visual merchandising balance to optimise display.
• Work with the Sr. Management to define the methodology of option and space management. Work with customers to implement the same.
• Work with Sr. Managers to formulate proportionality framework and ensure execution of the same at market level.
• Train the visual merchandising leads on conducting Vm executional standard analysis and make sure feedback is collected and sent to customers in a consistent way.

Requirements

• University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
• Visual Merchandising Experience: 5 - 10 years
• Management Experience: 2 - 3 years

Skills and Abilities:
• Advanced skills in VM software’s
• Fluent in English
• Additional language is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of Retail Management Systems
• Strong creative skills
• Structured, organised and process orientated
