We have a suitable opportunity in the Professional Product Division for the position of Education Training Head (Kerastase). In this team leader role, you will spearheading the entire education agenda for the brand which will include training the education teams on current and new modules, developing the country's training program in line with the marketing plan, hire the right talent in education & groom the current team. You should have 8 years plus of relevant experience. The location of the job will be in Mumbai with outstation travel of 5 - 7 days a month and applicants from professional beauty industry or reputed salons having experience in hair and styling. Job Responsibilities:
- You will impersonate and transmit brand values to the distribution.
- You will have to train clients (as well as internal team) on brand-related products and services
- You will identify professional talents in the market, recruit, train and promote them as trainers
- You will train the technical education teams on new modules
- You will engage sales & marketing teams around education
- You will foster and drive efficiently the sell-out through ensuring the best technical mastery of brand products in Stores, implementing international programs.
- You will implement global or customized training programs for key salons
- You will participate in the development of new training actions
- You will make qualitative feedback on salons You will keep an eye on competition and report information
Key Deliverables:

Technical Skill sets:
- Sensitivity to Luxury Métier & Customer Service
- In-depth Knowledge of Hair & Styling
- Relationship orientation to handle the clients and salon staff
- Good Communication Skills
