Are you an experienced Estimator who has experience within construction build projects?

Do you have a ‘can do’ attitude?

If so, your experience and skills are required for my client’s building construction projects in India.

Client is an international contractor and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator in Gurgaon, India.

Requirements

Duties & Person Requirements:
- 10 – 25 years’ experience
- Experience working on residential / High Rise building projects
- Excellent market knowledge
- To competitively price the tender
- Keep tender management up to date with the status of the tender
- Select potential sub-contractors for various elements of the work and material supplied
- Review subcontracted and material quotations to ensure compliance
- Negotiate with and identify new subcontractors to obtain competitive bids
- Monitor subcontractor pricing
- Lead and participate in meetings with consultants, sub-contractors, management and partners
- Prepare the estimation using estimating software and summary sheet for review by tender management
- Prepare tender submission docs with assistance from tender team
