Executive - Sales For L’Oreal Professionnel - Bangalore

We have a suitable opening in the function of Sales for the position of 'Executive – Sales' for our Professional Product Division for the brand Loreal Professional. This is an individual contributor role where one has to apply and lead the commercial business strategy to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets, be responsible for the successful delivery of services and also contribute to the winning of new key customers. The candidate should have 2 – 4 years of relevant experience. The location of the job will be in Bangalore with outstation travel of 5 – 7 days a month and candidates from FMCG, Consumer Durables, and Telecom, Beverages or companies catering to beauty industry will be given advantage.The details of the job are given below:

Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve the sales targets and qualitative & quantitative objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager
• To drive business growth in the assigned territory
• Manage distributors of the assigned area
• Motivate, manage and develop customers (salons) within a given geographic area
• Identify opportunities and win new customers in accordance with the objectives set by the brand
• Ensure an effective educational partnership (recruit customers for training, attending events, etc.) in coordination with the technical team
• Ensure the range availability of the brand

Key Deliverables:
• Drive Sales
• Facilitate Education

Technical Skillsets:
• Sensitivity to beauty
• Sales and secondary sales objectives
• Relationship orientation to manage distributors and achieve secondary

Key Competencies:
• Experience in B2B sales with FMCG or professional beauty brands will be preferred
• Prior Client Management experience

Team Size:
• People management of Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR) – 2 to 3

Requirements

Education:
• Graduate
• MBA preferred

Key Relationships:
• Internal: Sales, Merchandising, Controller
• External: Distributor, Customers (Salons), DSRs
