Job description / Role
• Ability to Design, I and deploy workflows in FileNet.
• Trouble shoot Issues in workflows, configuration of Mails for workflow approvals and Notifications.
• Knowledge of cloning the FileNet Application and Data Repository and Interconnection of the 3 major components Application, content engine and the Database.
• Extensive knowledge of the components like WorkPlace XT, ACCE, Navigator etc.
• Creation of Filenet classes in filenet like document class, Folder class using Content Enginee Enterprise Manager and associate properties to class.
• Association of workflow with classes (eg. Creation/maintenance of workflow for Uploading of a document into Filenet).
• Building Document/Folder Search, Document Upload Templates.
• Knowledge on Integratin of FileNet Application with the Active directory.
• Provided technical and administrative support for FileNet application.
• Perform periodic health check of the application and capacity planning of the FileNet environment.
• Co-ordinate with business users and Support them with requests pertaining to FileNet.
• Support the Application teams with Integration of FileNet with other applications like IBM BPM which store documents into FileNet.
