If so, my client is an international contractor and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finishing Manager in Gurgaon, India.

Requirements

- 10 + years’ experience
- Experience working on residential / High Rise building projects
- BE / B Tech (Civil)
- Excellent market knowledge
- Should have experience in execution of building Finishes/Fit out work.
- Responsible for overall finishing activities at site.
- Should have exposure to high end floor finishes, Blockwork, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works and MEP Works.
- Coordination with design team, consultants, client and site engineers.
- Should have confidence in reading drawings and specifications and thorough understanding of requirements for high-spec finishes.
- Coordination with site representatives of services team and finishing agencies.
- Progress tracking of various works and quality checking of works done.
- Managing trades and planning for resources to ensure uninterrupted progression of the sequence of works. To manage the snag lists; drive the trades and work methodically to achieve successful handovers.
- Must be capable of leading team of Engineers, foremen, charge hands and worker and handle assigned tasks independently.
- Conducted several trainings at site level on Finishes for Engineers & supervisors.
- To ensure compliance with safety manual and safety action plan specific to the project.
- To ensure compliance with quality specification and ISO Procedures
- Should have good written and verbal English language skills.
