Summary -
Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and managing EPC opportunities across Solar, Green Hydrogen, and Wind for both domestic and global markets.
KEY Responsibilities-
Duty Statements
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the Solar, Green Hydrogen, and Wind Power sectors, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
• Competitor intelligence: Collects data and provides sound business and competitor intelligence analyses related to market and trends.
• Participates with management to contribute to definition of strategic plans and supports relevant implementation (including client acquisition and relationship management).
• Lead the preparation and submission of project proposals, bids, and tender documents, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop comprehensive project plans and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Drive contract negotiations and establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients and potential JV partners.
• Monitor project performance, financial metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIS) to track progress and optimise profitability.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements, policy changes, and technological advancements in renewable energy, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership.

Salary:
INR
500,000 to 1,000,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
