Job description / Role
The key requirement for the role is to lead the Data Science team as a management consultant and provide thought leadership on the next generation analytics capabilities across - Big Data, Machine Learning Pattern recognition (Text/Speech Analytics), Social Media, NPS and Survey Analytics. The Role oversees all Initiatives across markets in the area of machine learning, Big Data, Unstructured data and other advanced analytics. The role also provides an opportunity to build a lasting career with mobility options across businesses and geography with a competitive compensation package.

We are looking for individuals who can define the best practices and solutions across the consumer franchise and provide though leadership on next generation analytics capabilities across Big Data, Machine Learning, Pattern recognition, Social Media, NPS and Survey Analytics.
We are looking at individuals with consulting and project execution abilities – to align and deliver on business priorities
Requirements
• Master’s degree or PHD in Mathematics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics from a Premier Institute
• In-depth hands-on exposure to data sciences, Machine learning and Big data with experience in developing and deploying solutions in this space
• Exposure to the following
• Big Data/HADOOP - HIVE/PIG , Java and Spark/Scala
• Text Analytics - Ability to synthesize unstructured data and find actionable themes/insights – deep expertise in SPSS/Python/R
• Pattern Mining/Detection
• Strong problem solving ability
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and guiding them on machine learning and data modeling applications
