Would you like to be a part of the adventure?
We have a suitable opportunity in the Supply Chain division for the position of demand and supply planning Lead. In this people manager role, you will be responsible for leading the planning vertical with independent charge of one of the signatures. You should have 7-8 years professional experience with FMCG / Pharma / retail industry. The location of the job will be Mumbai - HO.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing the S&OP process for the division
• Lead and mentor the Demand & Supply planners
• Work on People / process and technology in planning space
• Lead and drive process improvement initiatives and Process adherence
• Lead the demand planning for LP signature
• Drive profitability for the business
• Drive the forecasting process for E-commerce

Key Deliverables & KPIs
• Forecast accuracy / BIAS
• Service rates
• Inventory and Inventory quality
• Cost - SLOB / returns / Air freights
• Process adherence
• Improvement projects
• Coaching and Mentoring

Requirements

Key Competencies
• Extensive experience of Handling demand and supply planning in fast paced environment
• Well-versed with statistical model and use of analytics
• Highly proficient in data handling and Excel
• SAP experience must
• Should have worked on a planning system (Viz; SAP-APO, IBP , JDA, O9 etc.)
• Process or system implementation experience would be an added advantage

• Division General Manager

• Travel will be need based

Education
• MBA
