In our Salon division we are looking for someone who can help us with logistics.

Key Responsibilities

- Sending the study brief/plan to the agency.
- Keeping track on estimates, raising PO, and sharing the PO with agency.
- Checking the model details, and model patch test pics in google drive prior 1 day of the study
- Sending model, hairdresser & driver names to the facility 1 day prior of the study.
- Coordination with agency coordinator for models & hairdresser's timings.
- To cross-check synergy request with samples 1 day prior of the study (fla number of colorants, developer, and required quantity.
- Filling the study details in excel for tracking revisits, report sharing date, study date, number of models.

Software management DE:
- Study publishing in Digital Expert
- Checking compare board, protocol.
- DE explore mode management

Data management:
- Data entry in Digit Expert & cross-checking the correct data is captured in the Report tab ( Header, Context, Target & Protocol, Images, Conclusion) and referring to earlier data before writing the conclusion/toplines and capturing images.
- Capturing revisit dates, and data & resending the report with revisit data

- Bachelors or Masters degree with around 3 years experience in a similar role.
