We are seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic Mystery Shoppers to evaluate and enhance our client service experience across various retail and service establishments throughout India. As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a crucial role in providing unbiased feedback that helps our clients improve their customer interactions and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned establishments as a regular customer and observe the quality of service, cleanliness, product availability, and staff behavior.
- Complete detailed reports based on your experience, including answering specific questions and providing qualitative feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality and anonymity while conducting evaluations to ensure unbiased assessments.
- Meet deadlines for submitting reports and updates on assigned assignments.
- Communicate effectively with the research team and clients when necessary to clarify observations or instructions.
Requirements:
- Excellent observational and attention to detail skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and concise reports.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all assignments.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
- Comfortable traveling to different locations as required for assignments.
- Basic familiarity with technology such as smartphones and email to complete and submit reports digitally.
