Are you an experienced Planning Manager who has experience within construction build projects?

Do you have a ‘can do’ attitude?

If so, your experience and skills are required for my client’s building construction projects in India.

Client is an international contractor and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planning Manager in Gurgaon, India.

- Prepare, maintain and update detailed works planning and program
- Responsible for the preparation of plans and schedules that are required to manage the project and attain target dates.
- Micro planning of each activity approved in budget, suggestion to Q.S. to increase billing of client, finalization of materials in time as per micro plan & advance forecasting of machinery & material.
- Submission of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports to Monitoring Department.
- Receive site progress measurement data and prepare progress reports.
- Analyse subcontractor plans and schedules, manpower and sequencing of work.
- Evaluate problem areas and prepare logic alternatives.
- Perform critical path evaluation on site activities when required.
- Evaluate project progress as per planned vs actual and analysis of financial impact of the same
- Liaise with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with.
- Monitor and report design review progress of client
- Assist in the production of monthly progress report for both internal purposes and client
- Prepare program and other detailed information necessary for substantiating claims and provision with regards to planning and programming to the commercial department
- To facilitate timely completion of Project through planning and monitoring.
- Ensure timely purchases of Major bought out items through effective planning.
- To lay down methodology for project execution and incorporate client initiated changes.
- Preparing and monitoring prestart estimates, cost to complete and MIS reports.

Requirements

- 10 + years’ experience
- Experience working on residential / High Rise building projects
- BE / B Tech (Civil)
- Excellent market knowledge
- Knowledge of Primavera
