Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for complete business of PRD in the targeted segments, thru channels, Distribution and large HVAC contractors and achieve an ambition of building the business 3x in 2 years period

• Work closely with LOB/Category managers on the identified initiatives and deploy in India and manage the growth as expected
• Work involves closely working with the partners, understanding the pain points, providing support adequately and ensure the partners meet their targets assigned
• Work closely with Channel management teams on the EcoXpert program and support
• Work also involves identifying new channels in the growing segments. Geographies as needed to meet the business growth ambition
• Closely work with LOB on conquer plan – competition partners
• Support Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and will be responsible for achieving business in these countries
• Work involves in identifying product gaps and work closely with LOB to ensure the required attention is provided to India market needs and the new offers are launched
• For product gap that is specific to India market and LOB is not able to meet, the role requires identifying i4i , work with identified vendors for products to meet the offer gap, engage LOB’s as needed for providing approvals, prepare launch events closely working with Marcom teams including pricing and animating channels thru EcoXpert teams, Training
• Launch service programs for PRD business
• Provide training to the partners and also prepare rev model to sustain the cost of tech resource
• Work involves product management, controlling prices, managing DP, margins and product mix including new launches
• Work closely with the teams & consultants in prescription activity and ensuring the new tenders are with SE spec especially on large contracts and improve our strike rate
• Drive consultants program meticulously and review the progress thru proper dash boards
• Drive schemes for the partners to motivate for increasing sales

Requirements

• Education preferred: Electrical, other engineering degree and/or Business school
• Significant years of experience in the BMS products/solutions market/business
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages beneficial
• Good knowledge of the Large HVAC contractors, Partners, Distribution community and the solutions preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC & BMS products /solutions, solutions, critical power, building automation added advantage
• Good understanding of the customers’ problems & technology
• Good analytical and technical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as negotiation and influencing skills in a multicultural environment
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial & team spirit
• Area of specialty (BMS products/solutions) with >15 years of experience in the field or in a related area
