Recruitment Delivery Manager - US Staffing

Job description / Role

We are looking for a strong Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead, structure, and manage a team of US recruiters and sourcers, ensuring daily execution, target achievement, and consistent submission output across MSP and direct client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

-End-to-End Delivery Ownership
-A person with a strong recruitment background who can work independently as a recruiter while also managing and mentoring a delivery team
-Set up and structure recruiter workflows, targets, and daily activity plans
-Manage remote recruiters and sourcers across US delivery accounts
-Take daily updates and track submissions, interviews, and pipeline movement
-Ensure daily/weekly submission targets are achieved
-Drive accountability, discipline, and execution rigor
-Monitor recruiter productivity, ratios, and SLA adherence
-Manage escalations: delays, low output, drop-offs, and performance gaps
-Ensure proper ATS updates and CRM hygiene
-Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
-Report delivery metrics to leadership
-Team Leadership & Process Ownership
-Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters
-Allocate requirements and set weekly execution targets
-Build SOPs, screening frameworks, checklists, and playbooks
-Drive pipeline movement discipline and timely status updates
-Manage escalations: drop-offs, no-shows, offer declines, delays
-Work as an individual contributor recruiter for critical and niche requirements
-Conduct weekly/monthly delivery reviews and KPI tracking
-Train team on sourcing strategies, screening standards, ATS/CRM best practices

Must-Have Experience

-8 + years of experience in US staffing delivery / recruitment operations
-Proven experience managing a team of sourcers and recruiters
-Strong exposure to US staffing model (W2 / 1099 / C2C)
-Experience working in US time-zone delivery model
-Seniority Level
-Mid-Senior level
