Relationship Executive - Banking Debt Collection

We are seeking a highly motivated Debt Recovery Officer to join our team in the banking and loans sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the recovery of delinquent loans while maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage the recovery process for delinquent loans and outstanding debt
- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis to determine the best approach for debt recovery
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent borrowers while adhering to company policies and regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide support and guidance throughout the recovery process
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and compliance, to ensure all recovery efforts are in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and actions taken in the recovery process
- Proactively identify and escalate potential risk factors related to delinquent accounts

Requirements:

- Proven UAE experience in debt recovery, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Sound knowledge of lending practices, loan documentation, and recovery processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for debt recovery
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and other relevant software for data management and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field

Salary:
INR 40,000 to 80,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
