Job description / Role
Responsible for preparing proposals for inquiries as well as setting of appointments for technical sales team. The individual must have the ability to prepare the quotations and orders through appropriate departments, expedite orders, follow up with clients and keep a proper tracking record. A significant part of this role is managing inter departmental activities through a focused approach.
- Performs review of client inquiry
- Liaise with concerned departments to collect necessary information to prepare quotations, follow up and record results.
- Handling LC shipment and preparation of the documents
- Liaise with Logistic department and deliver order in time
- Liaise with Finance department in raising invoice and timely receipt of payment from customer
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested coordination with various departments
- Support Department Manager
Requirements
- High Graduation (any discipline)
- Sales support & Customer service experience 2-3 years
- Basic knowledge on Supply Chain and ERP system
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office & Adobe)
- Fluent English
- Solution focused
- Excellent attitude towards getting a job done quickly and to the highest standards
