Sales Executive - Salon Division (Kerastase) - New Delhi

We have a suitable opening in the function of Sales for the position of Business Development Executive for Professional Product Division in the brand Kerastase . In this individual contributor role you will represent the company to its channel partners and play a crucial role to generate business for the company.

The candidate should have 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG business in similar geography. Candidates strong in Distributor/Dealer management and Relationship Management will be given preference.

The location of the job will be New Delhi. The details of the same are given below:

Job Responsibilities:
- You will be steering the company's growth by execution of company's strategy at the ground level
- You will ensure the distribution for pillar products as well as new product launches
- You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly primary, secondary and tertiary sales through effective relationships with channel partners, business partners and the work-force
- You will implement global or customized training programs for each Salon and/or staff members along with Trainers' support
- You should be open to learning about Hair domain and should participate in the development of new training actions by working closely with education/training team for smooth business development
- You will make qualitative feedback on products sell-out and contribute to improve the products sell-out in line with the brand strategy
- You will collaborate with the internal teams (supply chain, controls and finance) and external teams to process sales orders, pricing, SKU codes, manage stocks for supplies and track/ follow-up on collections to keep overall business parameters in green
- You will be responsible for handling relationship management with Key Clients (Premium Salons)

Drive Sales

- Strong relationship management with clients(Premium Salons) & Hairstylists

Key Relationships:
- Internal: Sales, Merchandising, Controller
- External: Customers (Salons), Hairstylists

Requirements

Technical Skillsets:
- Sensitivity to beauty
- Sales and secondary sales objectives
- Relationship orientation to manage distributors and achieve secondary

Key Competencies:
- Experience in B2B sales with FMCG or professional beauty brands will be preferred
- Prior Client Management experience

Education:
MBA
