We have a suitable opportunity in our Professional Products Division for the position of Salon Development Manager for the luxury brand Kerastase. This is an individual contributor support role where you will manage the key salon accounts in partnership with the regional sales team to enhance the image of the salons and help them grow their business through collaboration and consultation. You come with minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience. The location of the job will be in Mumbai and candidates from Luxury Retail or Hospitality field will be beneficial for this role.

Key Deliverables:

- You will be responsible for designing and implementing customized solutions for driving services and off takes in alignment with marketing and commercial objectives to drive business growth
- You will work closely with field leadership and build relations with clients and develop the field and salon team to deliver highest standards to Luxury
- You will be responsible for enhancing the image and increasing the turnover of the salons
- You will design and coordinate the planning and implementation of in salon events and promotions
- You will work closely with Salon owners / Architect and Merchandizing to help create and upgrade luxury salons

Physical Demands:

- Travel will be need based

Education:

- Graduate (Cosmetology field will be beneficial for this position)
