Senior Engineer -Wet Utilities, WSP, Noida
JOB REQUISITES
Role Summary
To contribute to growing utilities infrastructure design team delivering water sector assets including pumping stations, networks (gravity and pumped), storage reservoirs, and treatment works (potable water or wastewater) for various Swedish, UK and Middle East projects including residential, industrial, commercial, transport, water, retail, health and education projects.
Responsibilities
• Master of Science or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering.
• At least 8 years’ experience of working with utilities infrastructure projects and detail design of pipe networks, sewage and water supply.
• Civil engineering, Hydraulic & Environmental experience.
• Experience from Construction.
• Production of drawings. Documents for procurement and construction
• Experience to work in/with other cultures.
• Very good experience of working with software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Have respect for deadlines and achieve targeted results whilst working individually.
Key Competencies / Skills
• Excellent command of written and verbal English
• Swedish project experience and knowledge of Swedish design standards is advantageous.
• Problem solving and originality.
• Computer literate
• The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual who will take on a Leadership role in project work, focused on delivery to the client and technical excellence.
• The role requires management of a number of projects and becoming involved in design at an early stage.
• The ability to plan and design deliverables against Swedish Engineering standards for each stage of a project is a pre-requisite and training and guidance will be provided where necessary.
• Cultural awareness, conscientious and an open mind and excellent communication skills are essential requirements for the role.
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum of supervision.
• Accountable and see the big picture of the project to achieve the best result for the client
• Careful and responsible. Understand the concept of working in a team.

Qualifications
• Master of Science or Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering.
• Candidate is mandatory to have experience in Autocad, civil3d
• Design in Sewerage design, Drainage Design, Waste water Design, Network Design
• Candidates is mandatory to have design experience
• No Coordination work is considered
