Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job description / Role

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical
- 10+ years and maximum of 12 years in HVAC, PHE & FF design experience with minimum of 8-10 years experience on Gulf projects design.
- Responsible for the delivery of quality project deliverables to meet overall project objectives and specifications.
- Should have experience in value engineering.
- Should have experience in Design reviews, Material reviews etc...
- To have good knowledge in HVAC, PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING systems with the team assigned.
- Expertise in HVAC, PHE, Firefighting systems and BMS controls etc.
- Expertise in calculation for HVAC, PHE & Firefighting systems
- Responsible for making peer review of the design in compliance with company QA/QC procedures & its implementation.

Requirements

- Expertise in computer skills, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP & BIM360 platform
- Proficiency in engineering standard codes & practices (National & International) and all relevant authorities' guidelines
- Assists with project management duties.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
- Have effective written, communication & coordination skills with multi-disciplines on projects
