We have a suitable opportunity in our Consumer Products Division for the position of Senior National Training Manager. This is a role where you have to develop the country's training program, in line with the marketing plan, you have to build and maintain a network of consultants and artists in the beauty business and ensure development of expertise and know how. You come with minimum 6-8 years of experience in training and makeup knowledge. The location of the job will be in Mumbai.
Key Deliverables:
Training Strategy and Plan:
• Beauty Advisors, Supervisors & Makeup Experts: Skill based trainings, selling skills, training via new age tools, enhancing makeup application skills, soft skills development
• Field team: Product knowledge trainings to Regional trainers, BDEs and PSRs
• Retailers - Product Knowledge modules especially hero products
Content Development:
• Product training and Soft skills training modules
Training Delivery:
Advanced training modules:
• Train the trainers / develop module delivery skills through personal demonstration
Training Tracking & Reporting:
• Achievement of mandated no. of training days by the regional training team
• Completion of identified training programs strong
Requirements
Key Success Factors:
• Expert in Makeup and Skin métier
• Experience in handling teams
• Should have latest knowledge and trends of Makeup
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Must be open to travel
Key Relationships:
• Internal Interactions - Marketing, regional field team of trainers & commercial, consumer and market insights team
• External Interactions - Training Agencies
Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):
• Travel will be need based
Education:
• Graduate, Post-graduation in cosmetic technology will be an added advantage
