Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience within construction building projects?
Do you have a ‘can do’ attitude and experience working within the middle east?
If so, your experience and skills are required for my client’s construction projects in Mumbai, India.
My client is an international contractor and they currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high-rise building project in Mumbai, India.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have commercial responsibility for projects, working alongside the operational team to ensure a profitable delivery.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Management of all costs related to projects.
• Preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Value management and cost control.
• Prepare and analyse costings.
• Value engineering ways to increase profitability of projects.
• Negotiating with relevant parties.
Requirements
• Main contractor background
• Min 10 years’ experience
• Experience within high rise building projects
• Experience working building projects in The Middle East (Desired)
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree qualified
