As part of the R&I Skincare Development team in India, we are in charge of the deployment of lOreal skincare in the emerging countries through innovative and performing products. L’Oreal commit to product, consumer centric, safe and with minimal environmental impact. Your role will be to clean and maintain the current portfolio across emerging countries.
• We are looking for an entrepreneurial Research Engineer who love formulation to onboard on this thrilling adventure.
• Analyze current skincare portfolio in detail and identify formulas which will need to be rework for regulatory and trust purpose
• Suggest best raw material to use to keep sensory, performance and cost but improving environment impact and being in line with cosmetic regulation
• Formulate reference formula and new formula, ensure stability, performance and scalability of the new formula
Requirements
• Work with marketing and industry team to validate and launch the new formula
• Chemistry/Chemical engineer background
• Minimum 6 months experience in formulation
• Entrepreneurial
