Would you like to be a part of the adventure?
We have a suitable opportunity in the Corporate Division for the position of Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Corporate Communications, based in our Head Office in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will drive corporate reputation internally through internal communications and employee engagement. You will also drive corporate reputation externally through L'Oréal India's owned channels (social media, website, etc.).

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

- You will work with the team to enhance the corporate reputation by utilizing contemporary communication tools that position L'Oréal India as a trusted and responsible beauty leader and an employer of choice.
- You will be the primary contact for the Creative, Social Media, and Event agencies, and will ensure consistent storytelling across platforms.
- You will ideate, coordinate, and manage major employee engagement events to drive pride among employees and reinforce the larger purpose of the company - "Create The Beauty That Moves The World".
- Create targeted and disruptive content for all formats: print, pictures, video, and social media, in partnership with the agencies. A fair knowledge of creative design is preferred.
- Write, edit, and proof communications materials and resources including the company website, media rooms, and other internal and external facing collaterals.
- Work closely with the HR team to drive Employer Branding. Work closely with teams across the company to showcase major business milestones.
- Measure, celebrate and amplify the team's efforts through effective reporting - monthly/quarterly/annual updates on Internal Communications & Social Media

Requirements

Key Competencies:

- Excellent written and spoken English
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a position requiring the knowledge and application of communication strategies and techniques, along with writing for an external and internal audience (samples of work and a writing test required)
- Experience in creative and strategic thinking, oral communication, writing, editing, and effective dissemination of information to a wide audience
- Experience in developing and implementing communication and marketing plans, strategies, campaigns, and projects including social media
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form productive, professional working relationships with a diverse range of individuals and groups
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations
- In-depth understanding of digital and social media tools
- Action-oriented with a strong focus on results
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, yet manage work-life balance well
- Experience in sourcing information from various teams and putting together communication plans
- Proven track record of ideating, designing, and executing successful communication campaigns
- Proven track record of developing engaging and insightful content across platforms
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Comfortable with technology and digitally savvy
- Knowledge of video editing and designing software

Key Relationships:

- External: Creative, Digital/Social Media, Event agencies
- Internal: Mainly HR team and Marketing team, however, this role requires working closely with teams across the organization.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, and/or other job-related field required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
