Tender/Estimation S/S:
- Lead the Substation/Switchyard tendering and estimation team
- Identification/Selection of EPC business opportunities for Substation /Switchyard projects for bidding
- Coordinate with various stakeholders like design team, engineering, commercial, supply chain and legal
- Prepare/guide in preparation of Bid and coordinate for the risk review (as applicable) and hold periodic reviews of the bid to ensure compliance with customer enquiry and timely submission of bid to the Customer
- Coordinate transfer of all essential inputs/data/tender requirements to Construction Estimation Engineer for project costing.
- Play a Key role in developing a strategy for Bid pricing and winning.
- Analyze success and failures in tendering including deducing price

Experience - +17 Years
Core Competencies - Must be an Expert in Tendering / Bidding / Estimation of Substation ( AIS /GIS ) / Switchyard.
