Job description / Role
Business Development Manager (Geotechnical) – Indonesia
Linum Consult’s client is an international main contractor; a world leader in construction technologies, operating on a diverse range of projects around the world. Due to continued expansion within their Geotechnical Division, they are looking to hire a Business Development Manager for their office in the Indonesia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pursuing all prospective projects from feasibility and design stages through to tendering and construction
• Negotiating sales contracts
• Managing sales and monitoring delivery of all projects
• Preparing sales forecasts and budgets
• Creating marketing campaigns, brochures, case studies, websites, etc. and attending relevant industry conferences and exhibitions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree qualification in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years’ experience in business development or in an engineering function within the structural or geotechnical industry
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English, along with Bahasa Indonesia or other local dialects
