Employment: Full Time

The account representative will be the primary contact for identifying and leading growth activity with Commercial Airline customers, including Governmental Commercial entities, managing the customer pipeline and coordinating the necessary pursuit support with the AT&R sales teams.

Based in Iran, this position is responsible for managing the clients presence in Iran. This position will be instrumental in building a powerful presence in Iran, focusing on identifying potential areas for growth, and to develop new strategies and opportunities that will capitalize on the wide range of opportunities available to the company in Iran.

This position will be responsible for managing Superior and Comprehensive Iranian customers. The BDM will be responsible for leading the commercial and service/support activities for assigned customers. The BDM will also be responsible for ensuring that overall customer support for all products and service offerings meets the clients and customer standards, engaging with the ISC and other elements of the Aerospace Customer and Product Support Team as needed to resolve issues. The BDM is also responsible for meeting other financial metrics with assigned customers, including working capital.

Principal accountabilities:
- Primary customer focal point for our airlines customer for all Aerospace products and services, at all levels within the customer's organization.
- Management of broad sales, customer & product service and support offerings for all OEM Platforms in customer inventory
- Responsible for establishing and executing a customer service strategy that fits into the overall the clients strategy, while serving the individual customer needs.
- Provide support and leadership in the areas of strategy, market analysis, best practices, and alliances/partnerships/M&A etc. in Iran for AT&R,
- Provide in country insights to the broader Aerospace team

Future accountabilities:
- Manages the clients product delivery & reliability performance including the translation of site-based /product-based OTD and reliability improvement plans to customer-specific plans and regularly communicates and reviews them w/assigned customers.
- Owns customer business commercial relationship, including the achievement of growth targets, organizational updates, providing customer forecasts, working capital metrics, maintaining pursuit pipeline, and coordinating pursuit efforts supported by the various AERO Sales team.
- Champions customer concerns and product support issues to ensure customer issue resolution
- Accountable for key program management metrics including Voice of the Customer (VOC) elements such as Customer Overall Satisfaction, Responsiveness and Service & Support and on-time Service Request closure. Drive improvements of customer VOC and Net Promoter Scores
- Responsible for IP and spares sales including Gap closure (short term and long term)

Owns and executes R&O contract extensions activity bringing in appropriate pursuit team support as needed.
- Manages overall customer satisfaction management including, quarterly business reviews, account rail, service request, data collection. This includes development of and management of action plans to improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure EIS activities associated with individual airlines are completed in a timely manner aligned with the clients procedures and guidelines.
- Plans, executes, and manages campaigns to retrofit customer fleets with Service Bulletins, Retrofits, Modifications, and upgrades.
- Maintains oversight of HON performance to customer contractual obligations

Supports ACC and C&PS in collections and dispute resolutions:
- Responsible to influence all internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction and the clients performance including, ISC, CSO, Engineering TSO, ACC
- Coordinate all field retrofit and recall efforts to ensure smooth operation and minimal impact to customer.
- Participate and lead Product Support Continuous Improvement Programs

Requirements

- Successful and demonstrable track record of business development
- Minimum 0-3 yrs continuous sales experience
- Engineering Degree
- Fluent in Farsi / intermediate English
- Ambitious, self motivated, hard working, result orientated, problem solver with a positive outlook and a clear focus on driving profit.
- Balanced between short term achievement and long term development.
- Experience in working with process to get the necessary approvals related to the sales activity.
- Someone who can demonstrate and articulate the difference between good and bad business opportunities.
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance.
- Mature, credible, highly professional, and comfortable in dealing with individuals at very senior levels.
- A team player with clear leadership qualities.
- Someone who remains calm in high pressure environments.

The ability to travel through Iran as the business and opportunities demand, occasionally at short notice.

The ability to make occasional international business trips out of Iran.

Job specific skills:
- Strong sales management skills including thorough knowledge of the sales process and strategic techniques to achieve objectives.
- Ability to make the best use of time and resources.
- High level of communication and presentation skills.
- IT literate.
- Understand and articulate basic business finance terms and the necessity for financial control.
- The ability to prepare a business plan outlining the salient points of development with specific channel partners.
- A basic understanding of business, HR and contractual laws for the region.
- Competent author of business letters and reports.
- Has the ability to say no when the circumstance demands.
