About the Role
Are you an experienced A-Levels Teacher looking for variety and adventure? We’re recruiting passionate, talented A-Level Teachers across all subjects for a unique opportunity to work with top schools in Erbil, teaching the British Cambridge Curriculum. You’ll not only guide students through their A-Levels coursework, but also bring your expertise to IGCSE-level classes, helping students thrive across different age groups.

- Engaging Lessons: Design and deliver lively, interactive lessons in your subject, aligned with the British Cambridge Curriculum for both A-Levels and IGCSE students. Bring creativity and real-world relevance to the classroom.
- Classroom Culture: Foster a welcoming, supportive environment where students feel excited to learn and confident to participate. Strong classroom management skills are essential to keep things running smoothly!
- Tailored Support: Offer guidance and mentorship to individual students, helping them excel academically and develop a passion for learning.
- Flexible Teaching: Work with up to five schools, adjusting to the unique environment and needs of each, while building strong connections with students and staff alike.
- Assessment & Feedback: Track student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students grow.
- Collaborative Spirit: Coordinate with fellow teachers and school staff, sharing insights and supporting one another to create the best possible learning experience.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional learning to stay on top of educational trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in your subject area or Education, ideally with a PGCE or similar teaching qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of five years’ UK experience teaching A-Levels or equivalent under the Cambridge Curriculum, with the versatility to teach IGCSE as well.
- Certification: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or international equivalent preferred and a Minimum of Grade B in English GCSE, the required E-Learning certifications i.e. Safeguarding.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using digital tools and resources for teaching and tracking progress.

Salary:
USD
1,000 to 3,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Accommodation Included, Note, there will be a 5% Social Security Tax on your Monthly Salary.
