Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Find new leads, prospecting, cold calls, set meetings, achieve target, close deal, follow on customer satisfaction, follow up on request and be the link between the technical and the customer.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Monitor sales metrics
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth


• Know how to negotiate very well, good speaker and know to convince people, very good looking and know how to dress and be elegant, has a background of system selling and knowledge in system in general
• Should have a car, speak English, Kurdish and Arabic, organized person and professional behavior
