Job description / Role

Employment: Contract

- To manage and provide expert guidance for delivery and support of all applications comprising specialized technical and business systems.
- To manage and support the delivery of all Information Systems-enablement projects, provision, and implementation of third-party and in-house developed business applications as well as the development of corporate Intranet,
- Internet and Extranet Portals and e-business solutions to achieve company's business objectives in accordance with all applicable international Oil/Energy & IT industries’ best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology discipline (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, CIS) or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications/training or work experience
• Certification in at least one IT Service Delivery/Enterprise Architecture Framework (e.g, ITIL, TOGAF, etc.)
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience of Application Domain in the Oil & Gas Industry

Desirable Certification/Licensure:
• MCST SharePoint 2010/2016, Configuration. (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist)
• MCST SharePoint 2010/2016, Application Development
• MCST System Center Configuration Manager 2012, Configuration
• MCST SQL server
• Internal Auditor – Quality Management System ISO 9001-2008
• Advance Programming in C++, Visual Basic, Csharp, html and asp.net
• Knowledge of ERP System

Job-Specific Skills:
• Knowledge of general/standard features/behavior/validation of vendor application portfolio
• Skillful in relational database administration & content management systems
• Skillful in a range of information systems (e.g., SQL/PL SQL, Application/Reports Development Tools, BI Tools, MySQL, SAP, Oracle and other related database software)
• Knowledge of IT Technical Operations
• Knowledgeable of current advances in computer technology, market trends and how this affects the business environment
• People management and negotiation skills
• Decision-making skills (Comfort in making decisions with incomplete and/or sparse data)
• Demonstrated verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated relationship management/stakeholder engagement/influencing skills
