Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To deliver simply first class Client Services and advice to our Wholesale Banking clients in all interactions for transactional processes, enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
* Support team in transaction processing , balancing and reconciliation and administrative duties
* Support team in reports and returns handling and branch management duties
* Support branch team for day to day running of the branch, maintaining operational control and compliance.
* Creation of an operations environment that is continuously improving to meet standards along the measures of customer satisfaction,
* Efficiency and productivity, while ensuring that risks are well controlled and processes are in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
* Manage in-branch operations and servicing staff with focus on capacity planning , security controls, people management, customer experience management .
* Deliver simply first class service against agreed service standards.
* As a Service Partner engage with OCC Relationship Managers, Transaction Banking Sales & Product Management and other key internal stakeholders to solve client issues, identify opportunities and deliver the bank.

Build relationships and rapport with clients at the transactional / operational level.
