Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Dining - Colleague Outlet - Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our staff dining facility, ensuring high-quality food service and a positive dining experience for our colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the staff dining team, providing leadership, training, and support
• Oversee food preparation, service, and presentation to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate staff schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate supplies
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to organize special events or catering services
• Continuously improve dining services based on colleague feedback and industry trends

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in inventory management and staff scheduling
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service operations
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Food safety certification preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
