Contract Claims Engineer

Job description / Role

- Analyze and evaluate contract claims, ensuring they comply with contractual obligations and legal standards.
- Prepare and review claim and change documents;
- Assess the risk and potential impact of claims on the organization and recommend appropriate actions.
- Prepare project business claim planning and participate in project claims and change work;
- Cooperate with relevant departments of the company and participate in the analysis of business terms of bidding projects;
- Draft and check English business documents and participate in important business claim meetings of the company;
- Protect the interests of the company from any claims from other parties including owners, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the company and superiors.

- Must know the basic of Chinese and fluent English.
- Have 5 years or more of international engineering business contract management experience, and have independently completed or served as the main person in charge of two or more international engineering project business contract claims and dispute resolution work;

Salary:
USD 5,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
