Job description / Role
Swisslinx Middle East is working with an International Operator who are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering team.
Responsibilities for this role are to ensure that operations are run efficiently and smoothly in the gas processing facilities, NGL and LPG plants.
- Responsible to deliver Technical assurance in all project meeting all Engineering Standards
- Manage a Team of Engineers
- Develop and Manage the HSE
- Offer engineering Assurance
- Manage all engineering issues
- Deliver all capital Projects
- Provide strategic leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or Petroleum Engineering
- Experience in multi discipline engineering teams in the O&G industry
- Strong understanding of process safety and barrier management
