Field IT Support Engineer

Iraq. 28/28 rotation. Basra

Roles and responsibilities:

• Reports to IM/IT lead
• Ensures project compliance to global IT policies
• Hardware configuration and provision (laptops, desktops, engineering workstations)
• Provide local desktop support
• Expedite software and hardware requests
• Provide hardware and software support
• Reporting, escalation and routing of IT incidents to global support teams
• Provide new starter IT induction and training
• Provide network drive access and security
• Manage site team project software subscription requirements
• Support MFD deployment (printer, scanner, copying facilities)
• Expediting hardware procurement activities and maintains IT stock levels
• Oversees IT asset registration and tracking

Overall 5+ years of related experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering in a relevant field.
