Job description / Role
Our client is looking to hire a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee 7 of their outlets based in Erbil, which range from coffee houses to lounges.
You will be responsible for planning, organising and developing the food & beverage service organisation and business whilst meeting customer expectations, food and hygiene standards and financial targets. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and create new concepts and menus for all of the outlets. You will also prepare and maintain budgets as well as forecast food and beverage cost of sale, other expenses, wages and benefit costs.
In addition, you will ensure all reporting and control procedures in operations, customer service, quality of production, hygiene and cleanliness standards, maintenance and general administration are completed and in place according to the companies policies and the chain operation manual.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have managed multiple outlets in casual dining. You should have a minimum of 10 years' experience within the food & beverage industry and have strong English communication skills. Our client has stated a preference for an Arabic speaking candidate.
