Job description

Join our team as a housekeeping attendant in Baghdad, Iraq! We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards
• Restock room supplies, including toiletries, linens, and minibar items
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks on a rotating schedule

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
