Description

We’re looking for a junior copywriter who can craft clear, compelling copy in Arabic for social, ads, websites, and email. You’ll brainstorm ideas, write and localize short- and long-form content, collaborate closely with design/video, and help keep brand voice consistent across channels.

Requirements

Write & edit: Captions, ad copies, landing pages, emails, blog posts, product/feature blurbs, and short video scripts (15–60s).

Bilingual content: Localize and adapt copy Arabic – English while preserving tone and intent.

Content calendar: Contribute copy to weekly/monthly calendars; deliver on time and align with campaign goals.

Collaboration: Work with designers, media buyers, and social managers to turn briefs into publish-ready assets.

QA & consistency: Proofread for grammar, clarity, and brand voice; follow style guides and checklists.

Research & insights: Fact-check, gather references, monitor competitors and trends; suggest A/B test angles.

Performance support: Provide copy variations, hooks, headlines, and CTAs; iterate based on basic metrics (CTR, CPL/CPA, engagement).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, journalism Arabic, or related field.
• 0.5–2 years of hands-on writing experience (internships/co-ops count).
• Strong Arabic writing (MSA; dialect awareness is a plus).
• Portfolio of 5–8 samples (links or PDF): social ads, captions, landing/email copy, or scripts.
• Comfort with Google Docs/Sheets, basic research, and grammar tools (e.g., Grammarly).
• Understanding of platform basics (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube/Google Ads) and what “good” looks like per channel.
• Time management, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
