Lead Planning Engineer
Basra, Iraq
$4,000 to $5,000 per month
The Company
* A top tier local contractor for the MENA market.
* Employing 1,000’s of people across the region they are a highly successful EPC contractor for projects in the Energy sector.
* They have executive greenfield and brownfield projects in the Oil & Gas and Power sectors.
* Their clients include leading international oil companies and tier one global EPC contractors.
The Role
* This position will report to the Project Manager and leading/mentoring a team of Planning Engineers.
* You will be responsible for preparing detailed plans and schedules for a variety of EPC projects.
* You will plan and execute comprehensive construction schedules for a variety of EPC projects.
Requirements
The Candidate
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
* 10+ years experience in planning roles for EPC projects in the Energy sector.
* Proficiency with Primavera software.
This position will be based on site in Basra. Accommodation, transport and meals will be provided. A salary of $4,000 to $5,000 per month is paid. Rotations back to your home country will be provided.
