Job description / Role
Male FNB Operations Manager up to 3K USD++ for a Café in an Airport in the safest city in Iraq
• Responsible for overall operation for the restaurant, food and beverage managers hire staff, purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation, proper and beverage service kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards.
Requirements
• Open to any nationality, Jordanian, Indian and Filipino are highly preferred
• Male, 45 years old below
• Bachelor’s degree for the related field, catering, hospitality management or business management studies is required
• Minimum 7-10 years of proven F&B operations experience
• Ability to manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budget and to the highest standards
• Fully responsible for preparing and maintaining budget and forecasted food & beverage cost of sale, other expense, wage & benefit costs
• Must have HACCP and strong knowledge in using Omega system
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Must be energetic, creative, committed, self-Dependent and team player
• Strong problem solving, decision making skills, financial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can speak Arabic or Kurdish language is a bonus
• Can start immediately (1-month max)
• Work location: Erbil, Iraq
• Salary up to 3,000 USD depending on experience and qualifications plus free accommodation, transportation and duty meal
