Job description / Role
MALE HEAD CHEF up to 2.3K USD++ for a Café in an Airport in the Safest City in Iraq
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
- Approving and “polishing” dishes before they reach the customer
Requirements
- Open to any nationality
- Male, 35 to 50 years old below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary or Management or any equivalent course
- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar role
- In depth knowledge in planning yearly food revenue and profit target
- Oversee many diverse aspects of a restaurant or eatery
- Outstanding skills to manage menu preparation and pricing
- Responsible for managing and working closely with other cooks, create menu items and determine food inventory needs
- Must have ISO training and professional chefs training course
- Strong training and team motivating skills
- Commitment to deliver high levels of customer service
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and must have positive attitude
- Can join immediately (1-month max)
Work Location: Erbil, Iraq
Salary up to 2,300 USD depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and duty meals
