Managing Director

Job description / Role

Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading mobile delivery and platform developer business in the Middle East, who is looking for a Managing Director to help them grow their business in the region.

As Managing Director your responsibilities will include:

• Set the product vision and strategic direction of the company’s overall branding.
• Work cross-functionally with different departments to identify product priorities and roadmaps
• Providing suggestions for improvements based on data-driven perspective.
• Establish key performance indicators to ensure teams’ commitment to excellence and innovation
• Continuously improve customer experience based on user and business needs
• Effectively lead and manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Be updated on competitive landscape and new relevant technologies that will help push the brand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in the same capacity
• Strong experience in digital product management and branding, customer service experience, product management
• Strong experience in e-commerce product development and multi-platform messaging and branding
• Highly collaborative with proven experience in team leadership role, who can work in a fast-paced working environment
• Highly creative, with strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills
• Experience and ability to translate organizational priorities and vision into an innovative branding strategy
• Senior-level written and verbal communication skills
