1. Development of effective workforce planning and recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the company and ensuring the right people are recruited at the right time with the right skills, knowledge and competencies.
2. Prepare Manpower Planning according to the approved budget, coordinate with the departments to specify the break down to match with the number of vacancies approved & Liaises with line managers to ensure recruitment requisitions have the appropriate manpower budget cover, job specifications are correct after Checking against approved establishment organization chart.
3. Coordinate and Interview shortlisted senior candidates for a Face-to-Face interview upon the necessity of the position and the approval of CEO.
4. Support in HR budget preparations.
5. Participating in policy reviewing related to the department or HR in general.
6. Preparing weekly, monthly & annual reports on all Employment related issues and any relevant report upon demand.
7. Study & process the internal mobility cases for our employees in all the BUs according to our policy & procedure & get the approvals. With ensuring that processes for internal promotion are supported and are seen to work well and fairly.
8. Host and attend recruitment events to represent our company and to retain supporting Asiacell brand.
9. Proactively build relationships with prospective clients through telephone, visiting, face to face meetings (like universities, high institutes and job fairs)
10. Ensure that on boarding and induction is undertaken in a way that immediately engages and supports new starters.
11. Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to develop and maximise efficiencies and improvements to be delivered via best solutions.
12. Pre-qualifying recruitment agencies. Review agreement to ensure company interest is upheld. Coordinate with company legal advisor to ensure legal issues are addressed. Oversee the use of recruitment agencies, develop preferred supplier lists and monitor spend to maximise return on investment
13. Managing the Job posting websites of the company for announcing the opened vacancies and work very closely with the customer solutions of the websites. Ensure that the website is running smoothly and the postings are adequate.
14. Conducting telephonic, Telly Presentation, face to Face interview with final selected candidates.
15. Ensuring that employment contract is reviewed and prepared and signed by the chairman. Present to concerned employee on arrival.
16. Introducing New employee to key staff and provide them with a brief about the company.
17. Follows up through the probationary period to ensure timely and orderly completion of report.
18. Ensuring that all separations are done in line with the contract terms and conditions. Ensures that process is fully coordinated to make sure that company interest is upheld. This includes end of service clearance form is completed and signed and filed.
19. Making self continuously available to assist Employees in any issue or emerging need.
20. Reviewing and interviewing potential internal and external candidates and participates in interviewing programs.
21. Provides line departments and management with regular updates on recruitment progress against the approved manpower plan. Analyses recruitment results and makes recommendations for corrective action and process improvement.
22. Working with the department managers & HR team, ensure that exit interview data is captured, analysed and factored appropriately into recruitment & retention strategies.
23. Any other tasks requested by the HR & Admin. Director

Requirements:

Education
• BA Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
Experience
• 10 – 15 years of experience in HR functions and activities, at least 3 years in Recriutment plus managing people experiences

Salary:
USD 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
