Job description / Role
Refinery Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the refinery. Responsible for ensuring day to day production forecasts are achieved on the refinery. Defines overall mission statement for refinery. Responsible for 2 year and 5 year plan for refinery. Responsible for both short term and long term planning on the refinery. Responsible for ensuring that products produced meet specification.
Requirements
Engineering degree in related discipline. Experienced in Oil and Gas Downstream operations ideally with 15 years+ refinery experience in various management levels. Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary activities and a proven ability to work across departments and workgroups. Strong management skills. Strong communication skills.
